I've dedicated myself to the process and exploration of yoga. Always in pursuit of mental, psychical, and spiritual balance. 

Yoga is the most sane and healthy response to a world progressively becoming less sane.

I believe in a practice that equally balances flexibility, strength, breath, and meditative clarity. 

These for me are the four tenants of a well-rounded yoga practice and life. 

It is an honor to be a teacher and share what I am most passionate about, but will always remain a student. 

I am a 500 hour Certified Yoga Teacher trained at YogaWorks by mentor Jocelyn Solomon and fitness model.

 

Yoga is more than postures and poses, it is a way of life.
